Genie Pro is a rewrite of the original Genie / ISIS Tools software, incorporating many enhancements in usability, stability, reliability, performance and responsiveness. Genie Pro runs on Windows XP and Linux platforms.

Genie Pro is a general purpose, interactive, adaptive tool for automatically labeling regions and finding objects in large amounts of image data. Genie Pro was originally developed for analyzing multispectral satellite data, but it also works with panchromatic (grayscale) and hyperspectral data, aerial imagery, and also biomedical imagery.

Genie Pro has been licensed by:

• Observera, Inc., for remote sensing applications, including imagery-based planetary and underwater science applications. Observera markets a commercial standalone Genie Pro that is available for evaluation free of charge.
• Aperio Technologies, Inc., for digital pathology. Genie Histology Pattern Recognition is now included in their Image Analysis Toolbox.

Genie Pro is still available for commercialization in other fields of use. Please contact us for details.
